• Accumulation of 11 points in the PennDOT points system results in an immediate suspension of your license without any hearing. The suspension of your license would be based on your past suspension record: o 5 days per point for the first suspension
  • 10 days per point for the second suspension
  • 15 days per point for third suspensions
  • 1-year suspension for fourth and subsequent suspensions
