Attorney Sean Logue Honored as PA Super Lawyers Rising Star
Pittsburgh Criminal Defense Attorney, Sean Logue, today was named to the Super Lawyers Pennsylvania Rising Stars list.
“I am honored and humbled to be among those selected,” Logue said.
According to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers website, the Rising Stars list is cultivated using a multi-phase selection process. This process is patented, and involves independent research and peer nominations and evaluations. To be eligible to be nominated as a Rising Star, the attorney must be either 40 years old or younger, or must be in practice for 10 or fewer years. Candidates are evaluated on a dozen indicators of professional achievement and peer recognition. Every year, candidates are chosen on a state-by-state basis. The purpose of the list is to craft a database of excellent attorneys that is comprehensive, diverse, and credible. This list can then be used by consumers to help them choose an attorney, and by fellow lawyers. Because it is intended for use by the public, only attorneys who are available to be retained and hired by the public are rated.
“While up to 5 percent of the lawyers in a state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to Rising Stars,” the website indicates.
